SOUTH HADLEY, Mass. – Kat Norton (Hampton, Conn.) has been named to the All-NESCAC Second Team in women's soccer, as announced by the league office on Thursday morning. The junior forward is being recognized for the third straight year.
Norton led the Camels in scoring for the third consecutive season this fall with 20 points on nine goals and two assists. She also ended the season ranked second in the program annals for career goals (26) and tied for fifth in career points (58). The junior most notably tallied both goals in the team's 2-1 comeback victory over Colby and also scored twice in two other matches against Coast Guard and Trinity this fall.
Connecticut College (10-5-1) graduates nine seniors and is slated to return more than 20 letterwinners, including Norton, next season.
